It was a pretty cool day, put some more items up on eBay (pictures below) and got some much needed chores done. The down side.. I think I'm coming down with the flu. Hopefully it passes so I can make a trip down to San Diego this week to visit Ultra, Mel and David, and some other friends.

Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving weekend. Mine started on Wednesday when my sister and her fiance, David, came up to spend the weekend. We played dress up in my massive closet, checked out her "Save The Date" photos (her wedding is coming up in April), and went out to dinner in downtown Upland.

Thanksgiving started early doing volunteer work on Skid Row, then spent a few hours in traffic, we ended the night at my mom's house with David's family. Had a blast making food with the ladies, playing Apples to Apples and eating too much food.

Sorry I don't know the brand of these shoes but my sister looked so good in them I told her to take them.

Yes, can you tell my wardrobe has been over-run by Bebe and 2b? It's only going to get worse from here folks! I wore this to go fill out paperwork at Bebe today, my little office-chic outfit!

Are you getting ready for Thanksgiving? My sister and her fiance are coming up tomorrow and then wer're all driving down to San Diego to have dinner at my moms.

It rained like crazy today and I could not have been happier. I love a little switch up from the regular 70 degree routine known as southern California in fall. I am wearing my beautiful, perfect, poofy hot pink lovelies I got the day I got hired at 2b. I swear these babies are so loud and crazy yet they work with everything. I have had ladies come shopping in sweat pants, try these on, then leave wearing them. Trust me.

Had a fun day driving down to Hollywood and watching the Huskers game even though we lost. Caught up with a friend and met a new one, shared drinks, and had the most amazing steak and egg breakfast. Thanks Happy Ending, we will be back for sure.

No reason for the random shoe post, I'm just that in love with my heels. <3

Today I went on a job-hunting attack! It's looking pretty good so far. I have to admit that I applied at Bebe out here and I have my fingers crossed! I also applied to a beauty supply store here. I'd really like to work at both because they are two of my loves: Beauty Supplies and Bebe.. and since I can't work at my beloved Ultra right now, I'll have to find somewhere new to call home and fill my void.

I found this crazy alley while driving home. I've obviously been trying to find interesting places like crazy to shoot and I hope you enjoy my attempts!
